1. Automatic gates Do Break Down
All automatic gate systems will fail at some stage. They work in a hostile environment of heat, cold, water & dust. Over time, parts can wear, or work loose, and go out of adjustment. Oil and fluid levels can reduce, through use, evaporation or leaks. Cables can fray, or be chewed by rodents, and connections can come loose.
2. Neglecting Your Gate Can be Costly
Please don’t ignore the need for routine maintenance. The system will break down more often, costing you time and money in calling out the repairman but, more importantly, the repair can often be much more expensive.
You wouldn’t let your car tyres run flat, as you know they’ll be ruined. Electric gates are similar – a little bit of oil and grease makes everything last much longer.
